Vapor Rewards is limited to Vapor Lounge customers over the age of 21. To join Vapor Rewards, simply make an account in store, or on our website, www.vaporlounge.com. Name, birthday, and email are required. No purchase necessary. Points are earned on all purchases at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent unless otherwise noted. Additionally, points can be earned via customer referrals or additional social media interaction and in-store events. An overview of rewards available can be found at a Vapor lounge location or on the Vapor Rewards customer portal. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping costs, or gift card purchases. Points are earned on the whole dollar and are not rounded. Points will expire after (1) year of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as purchases at a Vapor Lounge location and utilizing your Vapor Rewards account. Vapor Lounge employees are not eligible to participate in the Vapor Rewards program.

Legal

Participants are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in Vapor Rewards (the Program). To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vapor Lounge makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the Program or anything obtained by redemption of points. Vapor Lounge is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Program or use in any manner of anything obtained by redemption. You acknowledge and agree that the results of our internal customer service review processes will be considered binding and final by you with respect to any and all matters arising from or related to the Program.  Vapor Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Vapor Rewards Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Vapor Lounge may audit any Participant's account at any time, with or without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Vapor Lounge, in its sole discretion, may cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your access points stored in your account if there is any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account.  If we cancel, suspend or otherwise limit access to points stored in your account, your right to use points stored in your account immediately ceases. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. Vapor Lounge reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions. The Program is subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.
